Hours and Pay:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM | $16.00 per hour

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM | $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on quality inspections, including physical manipulation, measurements, and data collection.
• Follow systematic instructions to ensure all products meet strict quality criteria.
• Perform visual inspections with strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with product specifications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection results.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve quality issues quickly and efficiently.
• Work on your feet for extended periods, including continuous walking and repetitive lifting of parts and assemblies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and organization in the inspection area.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level position; training provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail over extended periods.
• Good eyesight (corrective lenses permitted) to accurately inspect parts and components.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying shifts as needed.
