Project Manager

Cape Fox is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team in support of a government customer. This position is contingent upon the award.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at:$150,000 - $170,000.

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. The Project Manager will provide oversight for the RD Application Sustainment and Production Support Operations program, ensuring successful execution of development, operations and maintenance, security, and data management activities. The PM will coordinate closely with the COR and Government Task Manager to ensure all deliverables are met within scope, budget, and schedule. This role involves leading and managing multiple Agile teams including Scrum Masters, Administrators, Database Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Salesforce Architects, QA Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, and Technical Writers. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAFe, SCRUM, and Kanban methodologies, utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence to track performance using Agile metrics. Additional responsibilities include managing DME requirements, preparing integrated roadmaps and project schedules, supporting strategic planning efforts, recommending technical solutions, and ensuring adherence to cybersecurity policies and procedures.

Core Duties:

• PM for the RD Application Sustainment and Production Support Operations program

• Provide oversight of RD daily operations for development, operations & maintenance, security, and data management efforts

• Coordinate with COR and Government Task Manager to ensure performance within scope, budget, and schedule.

• Lead multiple teams that consist of Scrum Master, Administrators, Database Manager, Business Analyst, Developers, Salesforce Architect, Quality Assurance Engineer, Test Automation Engineer and Technical Writer

• Knowledgeable in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), SCRUM, and Kanban agile methodologies

• Monitor progress using Agile metrics (e.g., burn-down charts, velocity reports) and tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Delivery of high-quality software and support services aligned with Agile best practices

• Manage System Development, Modernization, and Enhancement (DME) requirements

• Prepare integrated roadmaps and project schedules

• Participate in strategic planning and evaluate and recommend technical solutions

• Oversee all applicable Cyber Security policies and procedures
