Equipment Coordinator - Berrien Springs (Full-Time)

This is a Hybrid Work Eligible position. You will be required to come into the Operations Center in Berrien Springs, MI as needed to ensure business needs are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


  • Manages the organizational equipment fleet, including vendors, contracts, maintenance and billing.
  • Handles installations along with ensuring equipment programs are well researched and align with credit union vision.
  • Researches and analyzes equipment hardware and software to improve member experience and profitability.
  • Oversees budgeting of all equipment.
  • Compiles and enters statistics, performs assigned postings and balancing duties and handles accounts payable.
  • Professionally serves members and vendors.


WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:


  • A two-year Degree in Business or a related field; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.


KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:


  • Knowledge of general business equipment, budgeting and administrative functions.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
  • Strong keyboard and typing abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well organized and attentive to detail.
  • Willing to cooperate with and assist others.
