How You'll make an impact: Follow defined client ACA rules and requirements with great accuracy. Use system tools to identify accounts that need to be reviewed. Run and analyze data files and system reports. Research and resolve data issues. Provide detailed internal and external communication. Update processes and client requirements documentation as changes occur. Testing of 1095 code calculations and forms. Meet IRS set deadlines. Provide client teams, and clients, with identified error reports and assist with error resolution. Update system settings and content in the enrollment platform. Submit tasks and assist with testing for technology related bugs. Train team members and update documentation annually. Answer Customer Care Center questions. The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
