LMI is seeking a skilled Action Officer at a client site in VA. The position supports an IC client and a TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Successful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The positions require prior experience in supporting HUMINT and Technical operations, as well as familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives.

In addition, successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in the functions of research and analysis and familiarity with the Intelligence Community.



Responsibilities

You will be part of a high performing team focused on operational excellence, providing programmatic support in areas including, but not limited to, operational planning, management/technical board operations, technical editing, business management, schedule development/maintain, and facilitating internal and external communications. Members of the team will also specialize in managing daily business operations for a Mission Center. In addition, successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in the functions of research and analysis and familiarity with the Intelligence Community.

    Action Items and Content Management:
    • Assist with action items, congressional taskers, and data calls.
    • Lead coordination and preparation of essential briefings, including developing presentation materials and capturing meeting notes.
    • Update and maintain documentation on SharePoint, the office website, and shared folders.
    • Collaborate directly with Action Staff and Action POC's to ensure the timely delivery of key tasks.
  • Correspondence and Communication
    • Distribute correspondence and documentation to external stakeholders to facilitate office information flow.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders from across the Enterprise.
    • Post announcements and relevant updates for the program.
  • Research and Documentation
    • Conduct research, gather background information, and take notes to support team forums and decision-making processes.
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Organize initiatives and work with team officers to plan off-sites or events.


Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or at least four (4) years of relevant work experience in project management, resource management, and operational tradecraft.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Proven project management experience (2-3 years preferred).
  • Must possess advanced analytic skills and in-depth knowledge of operational tradecraft and tools.
  • Experience in cyber, technical and HUMINT operations
  • Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional corporate communication expertise, demonstrated through experience writing for diverse audiences, including senior executives.
  • Proven ability to interact with customers, external stakeholders, and program managers in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Experience in strategic planning, business process improvement, and organizational planning.
  • Proficiency in managing time effectively, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
