Our Team is seeking an experienced Senior Compensation Manager to oversee compensation strategy, policy, and compliance for a global client group consisting of Aerospace manufacturing businesses. The successful candidate will create, manage and deploy compensation systems to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities of the position will focus on planning, design, implementation, regulatory compliance, communication, evaluation and administration of salary plans, incentive plans, and reward programs. This role will also provide internal customers, primarily HR site and regional leaders, with compensation solutions for a variety of complex compensation issues. The Senior Compensation Manager will be based in a PCC manufacturing facility in one of the following locations:

For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $145000 to $170000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 10% of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company's performance in the prior calendar year.
Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
