Are you looking for an Internship/Co-Op?

IPG Photonics is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing IT team and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-tech manufacturing company. As an Applications Team Intern, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance (How to's on different Apps like SharePoint) and support related to documentation, help desk etc.

The ideal candidate is a diligent, hardworking individual who can communicate with IT Team to determine their needs, can work with supervision.

MAIN DUTIES

Create documentation for and test new software applications

Interact with beta testers

Practical experience using computer science knowledge

Evaluate new application concepts

Create apps (coding, programming)

Requirements



    • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
    • Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities
    • Ability to work in teams
    • Programming experience in C, C++, .NET etc.
    • Knowledge of core computer science concepts such as object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
