Director of People Communications & Experience Remote Location: Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC Position SummaryAs our Director of People Communications & Experience, you will shape how employees connect with our culture - through clear communication, compelling brand storytelling, and thoughtful experiences. This role is responsible for driving internal communications strategy, leading culture-focused programming and events, stewarding our employer brand, and overseeing the strategic direction of our Workplaces function. You will work closely with the People leadership team, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing to help attract top talent, reinforce a strong sense of connection and belonging, and bring our values to life in everyday moments. At HackerOne, we embrace a Flexible Work approach, enabling our team members to work remotely while maintaining productivity and collaboration. We are seeking candidates located in Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC; and the surrounding metropolitan areas to facilitate occasional in-person interactions as needed. While the position is primarily remote, there will be periodic in-person requirements to support team collaboration and foster stronger connections.
