Job Description

Keysight is looking for a highly motivated results driven candidate to join our New Product Introduction Technology Procurement team within our Supply Chain department as a Supplier Relationship Manager. This role will be to manage critical supplier relationships focused on high mix / low volume electronics manufacturing within our vertically integrated Semiconductor fabrication operation and external Foundry portion of Keysight's supply chain. This includes negotiating contracts, monitoring supplier performance, auditing supplier capabilities and capacity, and developing and executing project plans.

This position requires independent judgement and action according to broad objectives. Interaction with other functional areas, including R&D management, R&D Engineering, US Supply Chain Planning & Procurement, Manufacturing Operations and Global Procurement organizations.

You may also participate in or lead process improvement efforts in areas such as NPI, resourcing, cost reduction, and quality.

This is an in-person role at Keysight Headquarters in Santa Rosa, CA and daily interactions with our internal customers are required to be successful.

• BS/BA degree, or similar experience, in supply chain management, business, international business, finance, or another related field.
• 7-10 years experience in Supplier Management or Commodity Management with an extensive track record of results.
• Experience in developing supply chain plans/strategies, supplier relationships, and specific programs to achieve business objectives.
• Track record of strategic supply chain transformation/optimization initiatives to support business growth.
• Experience in negotiation skills with suppliers to secure mutually beneficial outcomes and terms and conditions that align with company objectives.
• Understanding of commercial contracts such as Statements of Work & Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Working knowledge of MRP methodology and ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) within production and New Product Introduction environments.
• Ability to excel in cross-functional teams and influence across organizational boundaries.
• Flexibility to work with geographically diverse teams across several time zones.
• Exemplary communication skills, verbally and in writing, with the ability to adjust content based on the target audience.
• Self-motivated individual who values on-going training, development, and process improvements.
• Bonus: A candidate with experience integrated Artificial Intelligence tools into workflows, with an above average understanding of prompt language and a base understanding of concepts relating to Generative and Agentic AI.

Pay Range:

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

USD $103,850.00 - USD $173,080.00 Year

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
