The Critical Care Medicine (CCM) Clinical Trials Research Associate III supports research team in the overall conduct of clinical trials in accordance with Good Clinical Practices. This role involves collaborating with CCM Faculty Physician Investigators and other team members to ensure the effective execution and management of clinical trials at Montefiore. The Research Associate III will act as the site research lead for a subgroup of CCM clinical trials, providing mentorship, training and review/audit of the work done by junior study team members (such as study supervisors and research technicians). Key responsibilities also include maintaining accurate research records, ensuring data integrity and timely data submission, and maintaining source documentation as necessary. The Research Associate III will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams at Montefiore Medical Center and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of clinical trial workflows. Additionally, the associate will also contribute to the understanding of clinical trial protocols, research design, and procedures including clinic workflows. The Research Associate III will also assist in developing and implementing innovative research projects in collaboration with senior researchers, and present research findings at national and international conferences.
