At FedEx Dataworks, we are making supply chains work smarter for everyone. Responsible of identifying partnership and value-creation opportunities across the business. Works closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Partnerships, and other teams to solve complex and/or ambiguous problems. Independently analyzes data, develop insights, and help grow FDW products. Leads and executes large, complex product operation initiatives and other marketing/enterprise programs across large, cross-functional work teams. Actively coaches a team of product operations professionals to achieve business outcomes and goals. Essential Functions About The Role - FedEx Dataworks has an exciting opportunity within our Product Operations team. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in operations strategy, product management, product marketing, economics, business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline. Minimum Qualifications Three to Four (3 - 4) years directly related experience in Product Management, Market analysis, planning, research or equivalent. Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis. Demonstrated computer skills. Strong basic management, human relations, communication, and analytical skills. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. Excellent business acumen, organizational awareness, human relations, and communication skills required. Domicile Information This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
