The OR Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading and managing supply chain activities within the operating room and surgical services. This role focuses on inventory management, ensuring clinical integration, and fostering collaboration between supply chain and clinical teams to enhance operational efficiency and patient care. The manager will also lead a team, conduct inventory analytics, and serve as a liaison between surgical staff and materials management.

Patient Population: N/A Employment Qualifications Required Education:High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Education:Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or related Field. Licensing/ Certification Licensure/Certification Required:N/A Licensure/Certification Preferred:N/A Minimum Qualifications Years and Type of Required Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of previous medical Supply Chain work experience, preferably OR/Procedural Unit.Minimum of three (3) years of previous work experience in management within the OR Materials Supply Chain. Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or surgical environment. Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Previous work experience in a JIT inventory program.Previous experience using a personal computer with Microsoft office applications and automated inventory/tracking system. Cultural Responsiveness: N/A Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:Five (5) years of previous management/supervisory work experience.Previous experience in development of annual budgets, forecasts, and other business-related activities. Combination of education and experience in lieu of a degree. Working Conditions: Periods of high stress and fluctuating workloads may occur. General office environment. Required to car travel to off-site locations, occasionally in adverse weather conditions. May have periods of constant interruptions.
