Our clients span a wide range of markets including (but not limited to) building & construction, chemical manufacturing, data centers, food & consumer goods, oil & gas, pulp & paper and semiconductors. We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients and are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. We are looking to pay between $50K to $60K as the base salary with an additional bonus up to $12K.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in driving new business and supporting existing client relationships. This position involves qualifying leads, enhancing client data, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and assisting in building the pipeline for renewal revenue. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Client and Prospect Outreach: Cold call & email prospects and existing clients to share information about Alliance's different service offerings. Cross-sell and up-sell services where possible.
  • Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify leads for prospective clients (new business) by validating data from both internal and external sources.
  • Build Renewal Revenue Pipeline: Assist in building the pipeline for renewal revenue by proactively contacting existing clients to discuss future testing needs.
  • Prioritize Outreach Efforts: Coordinate with Business Development and Field Operations Teams to identify gaps in the sales pipeline and call clients/leads within those highlighted geographies
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with marketing, sales operations, and business development teams to execute on specific outreach campaigns that drive service line revenue.
  • Enhance Client Data: Research external databases, websites, and other sources to enhance client data. Modify account, contact, and lead records where necessary.
  • Coordinate Meetings: Reach out to prospects and clients to coordinate virtual or in-person meetings on behalf of the business development team.



Qualifications



  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 1-3 years experience cold calling and generating leads
  • Strong independent research skills
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to process and detail
