Position Details:

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Schedules Available:

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Friday, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble metal parts according to blueprints and knowledge of units being built.
• Fasten parts together using bolts, clips, screws, or roller swage.
• Remove small quantities of metal with hand files and scrapers to ensure a precise fit.
• Operate drill presses, punch presses, and riveting machines during the assembly process.
• Position and place parts accurately and securely for proper assembly.
• Tend to the machinery to perform operations under the Monorail system.
• Work flexibly at various workstations as production needs change.
• Perform line work where tasks vary based on different models.
• Measure workpiece dimensions to ensure the accuracy of parts and final assemblies.
• Apply paint following the specified print requirements.
• Package products safely and securely for shipment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
