Pay: $17.00/hr 1st Shift: 7:00 A M - 5:30 PM | Monday - Friday Requirements: The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a solid foundation in manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, while 1 to 2 years of experience in quality inspections and measurements is preferred. Additional technical certifications in quality control or inspection and proficiency in measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges will enhance your qualifications. Job Duties: As a Quality Inspector, your day will involve conducting in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards. You will serve as a valuable resource for production, logistics, and maintenance team members, answering their questions and researching quality-related inquiries. Daily activities will also include receiving and inspection tasks, assessing product quality based on defined criteria, and inspecting labeling and packaging to ensure compliance with requirements. You will assist in controlling and addressing nonconforming products and ensure the execution of Quality Alerts while promptly reporting any quality issues to the Quality Trainer or Quality Engineer.
