We're thrilled to partner with a top-tier manufacturing company in Concord, MA, to find a talented and motivated Maintenance Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career. In this dynamic, hands-on leadership role, you'll lead a dedicated maintenance team, manage key projects, and implement strategies that keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. If you have a strong maintenance background, proven leadership experience, and a passion for optimizing production, this is your chance to make a lasting impact with an industry leader.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000/yr. with 10% bonus offered by our client.

2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm

Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity.
  • Supervise and provide direction for maintenance employees on designated shifts.
  • Implement process enhancements to improve package and flavor changeover efficiency.
  • Build the capability of maintenance technicians through coordinated training.
  • Assign and coordinate daily work orders and tasks for mechanics.
  • Participate in preventive maintenance activities and special projects.
  • Involved in hiring, coaching, and conducting performance reviews for employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Associate's Degree, trade or technical school, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of maintenance manufacturing experience and/or a degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Supervisory experience is required.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmissions, PLC systems, conveyors, airveyors, and electrical systems. Experience in the food or beverage industry is a plus.
