The Position

The Co-pay Operations Manager oversees, implements and maintains day-to-day operations of Patient Free Goods strategies focused on the patient (e.g., co-pay, voucher, coupon, starter). This is a specialized role responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and success of Patient Free Goods Programs by optimizing, tracking and reporting Patient Free Goods Programs. The Co-pay Services Manager role is required to work closely with the Co-pay Operations Lead, the Co-pay Operation Team, Access Solutions Team, and third-party vendors to ensure quality, compliance and seamless end to end customer experience for customer interactions as they pertain to Patient Free Goods Programs. This role supports an annual operational budget of $50M used across internal resources and external vendors and is responsible for ensuring their team of Copay Operations Managers meets and exceeds performance goals inline with the strategic vision of the program. This role is a people leader who reports directly to the Co-pay Services Lead and manages asmall team of highly proficient independent contributors. This role is based in South San Francisco and requires onsite presence. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location in California is $167,000-$311,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
