Title: Marketing Intern

Division: All

Status: Non-Exempt

Reports to: Kimberly Grisvard

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Summer Intern to support our Marketing team in streamlining marketing operations, organizing digital assets, and enhancing strategic efficiencies. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing strategy, data analysis, and event coordination while contributing to the organization of key marketing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and optimizing marketing collateral, including logo files, photography, and branded materials in cloud storage.
  • Support content organization and updates for company websites to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze marketing data, track key performance metrics, and provide insights for optimization.
  • Assist in the coordination of resident and community engagement events to strengthen brand presence.
  • Support content creation for email campaigns, newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyze marketing data and provide insights to optimize strategies.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the marketing team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and efficiency in managing digital assets.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, cloud storage solutions, and branding guidelines.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
