We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) PySpark and AWS. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust solutions that align with our business objectives and technological advancements.

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools.
• Oversee the development and optimization of data processing workflows using PySpark.
• Provide expertise in AWS services to ensure secure and efficient cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Ensure that all solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality code and performance.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into existing systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met within the defined timelines.
• Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.

• Must have strong experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools.
• Must have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with PySpark.
• Must be proficient in AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Nice to have experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $156,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
