Your tasks

- Develop a clear product strategy that outlines the product's vision, goals, and roadmap. This involves understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, preferences, and emerging opportunities. Analyzing data to make informed decisions about product features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and development teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Defining the scope and specifications of the product.
- Create product roadmap that outlines the timeline for feature releases and product improvements. Balancing short-term and long-term objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure a coordinated effort in product development, launch, and promotion.
- Prioritize features and tasks based on customer value, business goals, and available resources. Making trade-offs when necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Overseeing the product release process, including beta testing, quality assurance, and deployment. Managing product updates and bug fixes.
- Support defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success. Monitoring and analyzing data to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
- Actively seeking and incorporating customer feedback to iterate on the product and make continuous improvements.
- Stay abreast of competitors' products and strategies to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring the product remains competitive.
- Manage budget allocated to the product, making financial decisions that align with the product's goals.
- Keep stakeholders informed about the product's progress, challenges, and achievements through regular updates and reporting.
- Orchestrate product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer education to ensure a successful market entry.
- Assess the product's performance and making decisions about its continuation, sunsetting, or replacement.
- Committed to the protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and neighbors. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Environmental Management System (EMS).
Your profile
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required; engineering competency preferred.
- 5+ years in related product or industry preferred.
- Proficient personal computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office a plus.
- SAP experience, a plus
