Job Summary Salary Range: $19.75 to $23.50 Per Hour Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, abilities and working shift. The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for effectively executing post-process methods for component manufacturing on behalf of machining operations, while making necessary changes in accordance with manufacturing procedures. The position includes processing, testing, sorting and rework of components in manufacturing. This position also may include supporting measuring, monitoring, and processing equipment activities. Responsibilities Execute daily department activities as prioritized, communicated and assigned. Keep the post-processing production lines moving at all times. Operate mechanical and/or electrical post-processing laboratory equipment. Assist in proper troubleshooting to maximize post-processing workflows. Keep work areas hazard-free and safe at all times. Follow company policies and guidelines. Maintain quality assurance at all times. Perform sorting, reworking and testing per instructions provided by Lead Technician and Engineering. Willingness to work overtime, especially during emergency situations. Be able to complete documentation clearly and concisely. Frequently lifts and/or moves material and/or objects (up to 50 lbs.). All employees are responsible for ensuring the compliance to company documents, programs and activities related to Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems, as per your roles and responsibilities. Requirements GED/High School diploma required. Preferred Associates Degree in applicable field. 0-1years experience, or minimum Associates Degree in manufacturing technology will provide equivalent years of experience. Quality-minded and excellent attention to detail. Willing to work as a team player. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Able to take direction and work on production requirements as needed (after training).
