Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment? Force and Motion Control has an exciting and challenging career opportunity for a Warehouse Expeditor-Hybrid Associate. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented proactive with responsibility for resolving warehouse-related issues, expediting priority orders, and providing timely feedback on escalations from the commercial team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating material handling equipment, strong system knowledge, and computer literacy to ensure seamless inventory and order management. This role also requires an individual be flexible in terms of working hours and being able to cover various areas of the warehouse has assigned.

Core Responsibilities:



  • Identify and resolve warehouse issues related to inventory discrepancies, order fulfillment, and shipping delays.
  • Expedite priority orders to meet customer deadlines and production schedules.
  • Communicate and provide feedback on escalations from the commercial team, ensuring transparency and resolution.
  • Pick and pack products for shipment to customers and other ASRaymond locations.
  • Perform shipping functions, including processing customer orders and distribution requirements.
  • Move products within the warehouse as directed to optimize workflow.
  • Utilize the JBA (or similar) computer system to process all basic warehouse transactions and print internal and customer labels.
  • Operate all warehouse equipment safely, including material handling devices such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure customer-specific requirements related to warehouse functions are met with accuracy.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies, following the Barnes Group Code of Ethics and Values.


Support additional warehouse and office duties as assigned
