Job Title: Electronics Assembler Location with zip code: 12350 N. Vistoso Park Road, Oro Valley, AZ, 85755 Payrate: $19/hr. on w2 without benefits Shift: 1st Duration : 6+ months Notes: Soldering Experience required. Job Summary: The Assembler 3 position performs disassembly, assembly, re-work, and minimum testing of various electrical/electronic equipment. Role & Responsibilities: Use electric soldering equipment to the IPC-A-610B, Class 3 standard Cut, prepare and pre-tin wires, prepare batteries, Apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding. Perform a variety of complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures Conduct inspections of own and/or other associates work to insure correctness in accordance with company and/or customer drawing Maintain a clean and orderly workstation adhering to 6S standards. Required Skills: Able to read and comprehend regulations and instructions in English. Use hand tools, power tools and electric soldering gun. Lift and Carry up to 30lbs. Able to perform complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operation. Skilled at simple welding tasks and/or brazing, or soldering. Required Education: High School Diploma/GED.
