Job DescriptionThe Instructional Assistant role is a multi-faceted position that provides essential support across TSTC departments and student services. This role combines administrative support with instructional coordination, ensuring the seamless operation of office tasks while advocating for student success from application through graduation. The Instructional Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, supporting office operations, advising students, and ensuring course sequencing. The position reports to a front-line manager and works collaboratively with faculty, staff, and leadership to support departmental goals, maintain records, and enhance both student and program outcomes.Essential Functions:
