Human Resource Manager - PB Fasteners ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PB Fasteners Human Resources Manager will lead the department by being employee focused. The ideal candidate for thisHR Managerrole will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR practices and leadership skills. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes locally, as well as oversee the Employee Relations function to ensure day to day operations are running at the most effective levels. This role is responsible for overseeing activities such as employee relations, performance management, training & development, leave of absence, compliance and talent management. The HR Leader will ensure the site's HR needs are met efficiently, legally, and in alignment with the overall business strategy.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $113700 to $142100 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 3X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter
