Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), is recruiting a Director of Student Disability Services to join their Student Affairs team on-site in Rochester, New York. This is an opportunity to lead campus-wide accessibility efforts in a diverse, tech-forward university community deeply committed to inclusion and equity. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs, the Director of Students Disability Services provides strategic vision, compliance leadership, and operational oversight for disability access and support. You'll be at the forefront of designing inclusive systems and guiding faculty, staff, and campus leaders toward a more accessible, student-centered RIT experience.
