*Description*
Our client is available in 60+ markets across 5 regions and they are two years into a large project to create a process to standardize their content on AEM with a goal to standardize 70% of the content and allow 30% custom content for each market due to the different regulations and requirements in each country. They have some things documented in terms of the operating model and governance, but they haven't yet fully implemented or communicated the processes across the organization. Specifics for this Role: This role will report into the Director, Global Digital Marketing. This role is to oversee the content updates to the Global Content Management System. It is critical that this candidate is able to navigate the complex, matrix organization and have conversations with the 5 regions across various countries. Responsibilities: *Oversee the content updates and management processes for the Global Content Management System built on Adobe Experience Manager. *Ensure the consistent application of standard content across 60 markets in five global regions. *Coordinate the development of region-specific and market-specific content. *Act as the central point of contact for regional and market teams, facilitating collaboration and alignment. *Develop workflows and best practices for efficient content updates and publication. *Ensure timely execution of content updates while adhering to established global guidelines. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address region-specific requirements and challenges. *Monitor content updates and provide regular feedback to ensure alignment with global standards. *Establish and maintain strong relationships across a matrixed organization to foster effective communication. *Report on content management progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders. Required Skills: *Extensive experience managing content updates within Adobe Experience Manager. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager, including managing templates, components, and workflows within the platform. *Experience with Figma or similar design systems to review layouts, wireframes, and prototypes *Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to make minor web content adjustments and ensure compatibility across platforms. *Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track content performance and inform data-driven decisions *Expertise in overseeing global content management processes across multiple regions and markets. *Strong organizational and communication skills to navigate complex matrix organizations *Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including regional and market stakeholders *Familiarity with developing workflows that address both standard and market-specific content needs *Problem-solving skills to address challenges in content updates and publication *Proficiency in balancing competing priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines *Knowledge of global content strategies and regional market dynamics *Proven ability to foster collaboration and alignment across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. *Familiarity with tools like Veeva, Monday.com, Adobe Workfront, Figma, JIRA beneficial *Skills* Content management, Adobe experience manager, Content management system, Content development, Digital marketing *Top Skills Details* Content management,Adobe experience manager,Content management system,Content development *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Proven ability to foster collaboration and alignment across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. *Familiarity with tools like Veeva, Monday.com, Adobe Workfront, Figma, JIRA beneficial *Strong organizational and communication skills to navigate complex matrix organizations *Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including regional and market stakeholders *Familiarity with developing workflows that address both standard and market-specific content needs *Problem-solving skills to address challenges in content updates and publication *Proficiency in balancing competing priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines *Knowledge of global content strategies and regional market dynamics *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
