This is a hybrid position which requires 8 days/month in the office. You can be based in our office in Washington DC. Existing work authorization is required at the time of application submission as WRI is unable to sponsor any visa work sponsorship for this position. To be eligible for this position in US, you must be a resident of DC, Maryland or Virginia at the start of employment. About the program: The Research, Data and Impact team (RDI) fosters a culture of research excellence and ensures high quality research across WRI. The Research Integrity team (part of RDI) provides guidance and mentoring to staff and oversees the peer review process for research products, which include both traditional documents and interactive applications. The WRI Library provides access to research materials (data, journal &books) for the whole WRI network. Job highlight: You will integrate equity into your work. Reporting to the WRI's Director of Library Services and collaborate with Data Lab and Research Integrity staff. You will spearhead the development and implementation of secure and efficient research data management and workflows. You will work closely with researchers and stakeholders to promote data literacy, support responsible data practices, and ensure compliance with institutional, funder, and federal requirements. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of the research data lifecycle, and a deep understanding of data services increasingly supported in research libraries. Potential Salary: US salary range is between 69,000 and 78,000 USD. Salary is commensurate with experience and other compensable factors.
