The Hilton Charlotte Hilton is an upscale full-service property featuring 400 state of the art guestrooms and 35,000 ft. of banquet space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte. At the Hilton Charlotte Uptown, team members enjoy an upbeat environment where individual contributions are valued and celebrated every day. We are currently seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to support our Sales team and clients. Candidate must have at least one year of Hilton OnQ system experience.

Group Rooms Coordinator main functions will include:



  • Proficient in OnQ Required

    • Building groups in OnQ, setting up billing


  • Working knowledge of R&I preferred

    • Building groups and allocating inventory


  • Manage RAPID! system


    • Managing rooming lists and provide rooming lists to group clients


  • Management call-in groups

    • Building Attendee Websites
    • Manage Passkey downloads


  • Manage FASTPAY

    • Process group commissions


  • Manage reservations audit

    • GRIP Audit


  • Delphi FDC

    • Enter final group pick-up


  • Support Business Travel Sales Manager and Group Sales Managers


    • Manage individual reservations when needed
    • Assist with set-up and management of social group room blocks and rooming lists
    • Communicate with group clients and guests as needed to confirm reservation/group information


  • Manage airline crew inventory and group blocks in the OnQ system
