Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:



  • Valid Driver's License and ability to pass motor vehicle report and criminal background checks
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years IDD related experience
  • 1-3 year Supervisor / Manager experience

Description

We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Hummelstown, PA.

Position Overview:

The Program Manager plays a critical role in in the day - to - day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their Division. Reporting to the Program Director or Director, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high - quality services to program participants.

This role may manage a caseload of their own.

Job Functions of the Program Manager role:



  • Responsible for personnel management to include but not limited to; Leave Management, Workers Compensation, Unemployment, Performance Management, hiring, remediation and, termination.
  • Management of Professional services.
  • Purchasing of required supplies and reconciliation of receipts.
  • On-call responsibilities for region.
  • Incident Management in partnership with QCO.
  • When applicable understanding of labor to include but not limited to; seniority and overtime rules and contract interpretation.
  • Client fund management
  • Intake and distribution of medication
  • Oversight of team compliance of required trainings.
  • Oversight of program operations to ensure adherence to monthly budgetary requirements
