Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:



  • Master's degree in behavioral health, Social Work, Psychology or other directly related fields.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of human services principles, best practices, and evidence-based interventions relevant to the program's focus area (e.g., mental health, homelessness, youth services).
  • Knowledge of community resources, services, and support networks available to program participants, including social service agencies, government programs, and community-based organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and coordinate program activities, resources, and logistics effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing needs, priorities, and circumstances, adjusting program strategies and approaches as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

We are seeking a Case Management Program Manager to join our behavioral health program serving clients in Bucks County in Warminster, PA.

The Program Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day management and oversight of specific programs or services within their identified Division.

Reporting to the Program Director or Director, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants. This role may manage a caseload of their own.

The Case Management Program Manager will:



  • Oversee Case Management Program and team which assists consumers by linking them to services and resources.
  • Oversee daily operations of the Program, ensuring alignment with organizational mission, strategic goals, and regulatory standards.
  • Review of financial guidelines and productivity of the case management team.
  • Provide direct supervision, support, and training to case managers (up to 9) and the program administrator.
  • Support and guide in Crisis Response
  • Support staff in developing individualized service plans and addressing complex client needs through case consultation and coaching.
  • Identify opportunities for program growth, innovation, and funding.
  • Support in the development and management of program budgets, revenue analysis, overseeing billing processes and ensuring timely collection while working with the AR team.



Earn $58,000-$60,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
