HR Business Partner - Boerne, TX

Job Responsibilities

• Support/coordinate execution of employee engagement action plans including but not limited to:
  
  
  
  • Employee communication plans
  • Social Media
  • Familiar with AI applications
  
  
  
  

• Coordination and Execution of direct labor recruiting and related staffing plans.
• Lead employee onboarding process execution including working cross-functionally to ensure proper completion.
• Identifies and assists HR Leader in resolving various employee and management related issues including work performance, policy interpretation, compensation, employee/manager relations, and co-worker relations.
• Assists in developing and implementing various employee relations and communication initiatives, including social media
• Assists in the development and coordination of Company-wide training programs including new hire orientation and training.
• Coordinates and or/assists in employee event planning including employee wellness initiatives.

Qualifications/Characteristics Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development or equivalent.

• Two to three years' experience in a Human Resources position (preferably in a manufacturing environment).

• HRIS system experience (SAP)

• Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration.
• Experience administering employee benefit plans, recruitment and compensation plans.

• Bilingual (Spanish)
