*The Home Loan Specialist is an entry-level role supporting various channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.* *Loan Closing Position* *Responsibilities:* * Perform routine data entry and validation tasks * Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit, etc.) * Review and validate loan documents * Handle routine calls, emails, and chat responses * Monitor work queues and intervene as needed * Perform other related duties as required and assigned * Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's desired culture and values *Skills:* * Customer service * Data entry * Administration support * Mortgage * Mortgage loan * Loan operation * Banking * Financial services * Encompass * Closing * Funding loans *Top Skills Details:* * Loan closing experience and funding * Title experience preferred * Understanding of TRID rules *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* * Customer service * Data entry * Administration support *Education & Experience:* * Associate's degree or equivalent work experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Financial services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred * General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations *Experience Level:* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
