Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Munhall, PA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Supports development and implements recruiting standards to ensure adequate staffing.
• Supports management in designing and developing talent acquisition policies, guidelines, methods, and tools.
• Cooperates with and advises HR operations, business partners, or line management in related matters.
  Plans and executes projects to improve recruiting processes.
• Implements talent acquisition standards and ensures effective recruiting programs and respective measures (on the regional and local level).
• Perform or support individual and group assessments and analyze results.
• Needs to consider processes and results generated in other workflows and disciplines, implies conditions and environments, and values significance to contribute effectively to team results.
• Needs an experienced level of analytical and distinctive conceptual skills to solve issues that differ in size and nature.
• These positions are expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, thus contributing to team results.
• Positions focusing on analyzing, developing, testing, or implementing processes, technologies, and systems in their specific field of expertise, from first principles.
• Targets are short to medium term (best to be characterized as milestones), and achievements are monitored.
• They provide functional advice to and integrate the services of operational staff or semi-professional colleagues.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $35.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1^st shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).
