Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Concessions Bartender to provide high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced concessions environment. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in drink preparation, understands responsible alcohol service, and creates a welcoming experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: * Comply with all state, federal, and company liquor laws, including proper service to minors and visibly intoxicated guests. * Set up assigned bar areas with all necessary supplies including beer, wine, spirits, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and ice. * Maintain stock levels and ensure the freshness of all perishables such as fruits, juices, and garnishes. * Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive guest experience. * Take drink orders accurately, prepare beverages according to standard recipes, and practice responsible portion control. * Verify guest identification to ensure legal alcohol consumption. * Monitor guest behavior, identify signs of intoxication, and take appropriate action as needed. * Secure all product and equipment at the end of shift, including proper storage and lock-up procedures. * Clean and sanitize all bar tools and equipment regularly; maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. * Create an attractive and organized bar display by properly arranging bottles and glassware. * Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure health and safety standards are met. Qualifications: * Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol based on local laws. * Prior bartending experience in a concessions, events, or hospitality setting preferred. * Knowledge of beverage recipes, alcohol safety, and responsible service practices. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to handle high-volume service in a fast-paced environment. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Certification in alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) preferred or required based on location. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. * Capable of working in a loud, fast-paced environment. Apply to Levy today!
