This is a critical role focused on maintaining, upgrading, and modernizing the university's building automation systems to support a safe, sustainable, and efficient campus environment. Learn more about Bowling Green State University's Campus Operations here: https://www.bgsu.edu/campus-operations.html About the Role: Working independently under the guidance of the Director, position is responsible for programming, monitoring, installing, testing, re-commissioning, inspecting, diagnosing, repairing and programming building automation systems (BAS) including HVAC and other integrated systems. This Building Automation Manager will be responsible for developing a long-term plan for BAS and updating and maintaining the graphical web interface that provides for systems monitoring and diagnosis and applying knowledge of multiple communication protocols including but not limited to BACnet, lon and modbus. What you will be doing: Leads projects across campus including reporting, schedules project execution, and facilitates meetings.
