Description The management trainee program is an opportunity to develop the future leaders of our organization. As a management trainee, you will rotate through key departments to gain hands-on experience, develop leadership skills, and build a solid understanding of the bank's products, services, and internal processes. Project(s) throughout the experience will allow the trainee to demonstrate their abilities and provide insight into specific areas of banking. The bank values the trainee's unique perspectives and encourages them to share their innovative thoughts and suggestions both in their reports and meetings. The management trainee program is your opportunity to demonstrate your abilities to observe, discover, and contribute to each department. This requires clear communication with all stakeholders, and the ability to work autonomously while being accountable for your time in each department to maximize the learning experience. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential position requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. A high school diploma is required, and college diploma is highly recommended with additional experience preferred. A background screening will be conducted.
This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel frequently to all market areas and attend seminars or training sessions offsite.
