Buckeye Partners is currently seeking an Office Facilities Lead with office support experience to join our growing team in Allentown, PA! Role Summary: The Office Facilities Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Buckeye's offices in Allentown, PA and Macungie, PA, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable working environment for all employees by supervising facility services like cleaning, repairs, maintenance, space utilization, and coordinating with vendors to address any issues that arise, while also developing and implementing strategies to optimize facility efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include: General Provide superior customer service interaction with internal and external individuals in meeting office facility needs, equipment and supply needs, handling and effectively resolving office facility Help Tickets, and supporting various office facility maintenance tasks and activities.
Maintenance and Repairs Manage and prioritize routine maintenance tasks like HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, and building exterior upkeep. Oversee cleaning schedules and quality control for office spaces, common areas, and restrooms.
Space Planning and Coordination Develop and implement office space utilization plans to optimize occupancy and accommodate changing needs.
Emergency Response Provide on-call assistance/response during non-work hours for any building maintenance
Budgeting and Cost Control Periodically review and negotiate contracts with service providers to ensure competitive pricing for our office facilities. Manage contracts for third party service vendors.
