Here's what you'd do: Provide administrative and clerical support specifically related to supply chain department activities, managers or staff. Maintain files, logs, records of invoices, purchase orders and other related documentation. Maintain information on computer systems. Assist in expediting orders. May assist buyers in contacting vendors to obtain prices and schedule delivery dates. May develop and maintain resources for assigned commodity items. Prepare standard requests for quotation. Perform a variety of routine activities in support of functional areas such as production operations, engineering, or human resources for a specific project, business or a technical unit Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources Compile, review and analyze data Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations May design processes to enhance work flow Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures This position typically spends 70% of their time supporting the function Good understanding of general job aspects and some understanding of the detailed aspects of the job Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Here's what you'll get: Pay: $19.23/hour Hours: 7:30am-5:30pm (remote with quarterly office visit) Workdays: Monday-Friday 9/80 work week (every other Friday off) Length: Temporary (3-6 Months) Holiday pay, 401(k), direct deposit, and medical and dental insurance 'Fun Days' with free food and beverages, plus games and activities A bonus for referring candidates who are hired A promising career in a growing industry Opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and empower yourself (and others) Sound like a good fit?
