Description

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Regional Sales Coordinator to join our amazing culture. This role plays a critical role in supporting the success of the sales team by providing administrative, operational, and prospecting support. This position will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Leaders, and internal departments to drive efficiency, support new business development, and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.

What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"




  • Facilitate legal review processes by coordinating with legal and sales teams to ensure timely processing of contracts, NDAs, and other documents.
  • Manage RFP responses, including gathering and organizing required documentation and coordinating stakeholder input for accurate, on-time submissions.
  • Create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, customer engagements, and sales pitches, ensuring brand and messaging alignment.
  • Collect, consolidate, and upload monthly sales forecasts into the designated forecasting tool, identifying and addressing any inconsistencies.
  • Research and identify potential new customers aligned with regional sales strategies and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain target account lists and coordinate prospecting efforts with Account Executives.
  • Communicate schedules, expectations, and follow-up materials to attendees; track participation and outcomes.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective customers to schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations, maintaining detailed records of activities and appointments.
  • Plan and organize vendor-sponsored "lunch & learn" sessions and training events to enhance product knowledge and market expertise across the sales team
  • Organize and schedule team meetings, customer site visits, and virtual product demonstrations.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments, including marketing, legal, and operations.
  • Track deadlines for key deliverables such as RFP submissions, proposals, and quarterly goals.
  • Support the onboarding of new Account Executives by providing training on internal tools and processes.

    Requirements:

    Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

    Minimum Experience: 1-3 years sales or equivalent
