Job Summary

As an Assembler IV, you will efficiently assemble complex parts and components. The role requires teamwork to achieve production goals and ensure quality.

Job Description (Primary Responsibilities)

• Coordinate the work of other assemblers and assist in their training to ensure efficient and accurate assembly processes.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and schematics to guide the assembly of components.
• Assemble a wide range of components using both manual and automated tools, ensuring high-quality output.
• Assist the production supervisor in leading a small team, maintaining accurate records of assembly progress, and improving assembly processes.
• Continuously improve assembly processes with a focus on quality, productivity, and safety.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, diagrams, and other necessary work instructions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using various hand and power tools and machinery.
• Have experience in assembling techniques and project development.
• Possess good communication skills and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to learn quickly when facing new problems, be open to change, and enjoy the challenge of unfamiliar tasks.
• Enjoy working hard, be action-oriented, and seize opportunities when they arise.
• Be intentional about seeking input and including others in decision-making, demonstrate humility and self-awareness, and build trusting relationships by being transparent and acting with integrity.

Compensation and Benefits

• The starting rate for this position is $25.00 per hour depending on the geographic market.
• Dependent on the position offered, annual bonuses and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the compensation package.
