Job Description:

The Integrated Marketing & Regional Engagement Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day support to the integrated marketing and regional engagement team. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks, including event support, initiative tracking, regional survey submissions, and assisting with marketing-related inclusivity and social impact initiatives. The successful candidate will also take ownership of several annual initiatives and special projects. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing & Regional Engagement.

Location: New York, NY

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Business Development colleagues, attorneys, and administrative staff on the strategy and execution of programs and events.
  • Oversee and maintain office-level event data including invitation lists, RSVP tracking, and attendee feedback; partner with legal professionals and administrative teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Lead firmwide integrated marketing program logistics for virtual and in person events by administering event registration, attendee communications, and providing on the ground event support to ensure excellent client experiences.
  • Maintain and enhance internal tracking systems for sponsorships, regional survey responses, events, and recognition/award submissions; analyze data and provide reporting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary contact for obtaining, organizing, and delivering assets related to sponsorships and regional initiatives-including coordination with external organizations, attorneys, and the design team to produce branded materials (e.g., ads, signage, digital banners).
  • Lead the development of internal communications, such as department newsletters.
  • Contribute to key firmwide initiatives including those focused on inclusivity and social impact, ensuring programs are locally activated and effectively promoted.
  • Work with the Social Media team to promote integrated programs and assist with post-event promotion.
  • Monitor and replenish office marketing collateral and promotional swag as needed.
  • Assist with budget reconciliation and invoice processing.
  • Produce content and materials for local attorney meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business required. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to identify errors and gaps
  • Self-starter, with ability to manage multiple projects independently and tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with CRM programs and Smartsheet preferred.

In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position, depending on location, is as follows:

  • New York, NY: $85,000 to $126,500

In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Because such contingent compensation is not yet calculable or may be zero ($0) in some circumstances, the above-listed salary range(s) are Nixon Peabody's good faith estimate of the annual salary(ies) it reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of this posting.
