The Maintenance
Manager in Belleville, IL will oversee the maintenance operations of a 120,000 square foot
medical device manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for supervising
and developing a team of maintenance technicians (5) and a janitor, providing troubleshooting support, managing the computerized maintenance
management system (CMMS), developing short and long-term plans for facility
development, and managing the maintenance and repair budget.

Key Tasks
-Supervise and lead a team of
5 maintenance technicians and 1 janitor.
-Provide troubleshooting
support for equipment and facility issues.
-Develop and implement
training programs to enhance the skills of the maintenance team.
-Manage Limble, the site's computerized
maintenance management.
-Develop short and long-term
plans for facility development and maintenance.
-Manage the repair and
maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
-Ensure compliance with safety
regulations and company policies.
-Collaborate with other
departments to support overall facility operations.

Your Background
-Engineering degree with 5
years of maintenance experience or minimum of 10 years of maintenance
experience.
-At least 1 year of supervisory
experience.
-Strong troubleshooting
skills.
-Proficiency in CMMS software.
-Knowledge of SolidWorks
preferred.
-Flexibility, willingness to
learn and teach, and strong problem-solving skills.
-Excellent problem-solving
abilities.
-Ability to work with peers to
develop overall solutions to problems
-Other
qualifications or experiences.
