Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Integrative Health Practitioner to join our team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

This position will work to coordinate, promote, maintain, and oversee all aspects of Integrative Health program services at Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital. This position will serve as the Integrative Health Practitioner (80%) and Program Developer/spokesperson (20%) for the Integrative Health Program at Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital. Works collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team and Spiritual Care Department designing and growing a program responsive to both patient and employee Integrative Health needs.

This position is for an outpatient clinic role at Frauenshuh Cancer Center.

Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of a RN bachelor's degree, focusing on Integrative Health Therapies, Holistic Health, Health Education, Public Health, or a closely related field.
  • Experience in assessing and reviewing evidence-based therapies.
  • Must have experience in handling confidential information according to HIPPA and other confidentiality policies.
  • Maintains RN licensure.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service to Park Nicollet team members, patients, and community.
  • Must have a high level of motivation, autonomy, and initiative.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and word, web design and use of the internet, OHM and other office equipment as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Certificates in at least 4 IH modalities or a Doctor of Nursing practice with a focus in Integrative Health and Healing strongly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external staff and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational / project management skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to be flexible when priorities change.
  • Ability to make appropriate-level decisions independently.
  • Strong technical knowledge in integrative/holistic/complementary therapies/services.
  • High caliber communication skills.
  • Ability to lead stretching, yoga, meditation and/or other group exercise type classes preferred.
