This role is in the CPSG Branch function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Assist in achieving branch sales and profitability goals as identified in annual budget; assist in expanding branch's market share through sales efforts as directed by Branch Manager, and (ii) Provide customer service and support, order entry and order processing management, return goods authorization and entry, technical service support and walk in customer assistance. Requires 5 years experience in a high-volume warehouse environment; 3 years experience of customer account management and a minimum of a High school diploma/GED.

Coordinator, Branch Operations Overview:

  • Assist in achieving branch sales and profitability goals as identified in annual budget; assist in expanding branch's market share through sales efforts as directed by Branch Manager

  • Provide customer service and support, order entry and order processing management, return goods authorization and entry, technical service support and walk in customer assistance

  • Manage tasks within CPSG's ERP system to ensure orders are shipped correctly throughout the day; provide accurate documentation and related paperwork necessary for shipments to customers and other CPSG facilities

  • Perform all warehouse and office tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety, quality and customer service; report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occur in order to minimize safety risk

  • Assist in ensuring availability to planned stocking levels. Maintains accuracy of inventory counts through a regular cycle count program

  • Ensure a clean safe working environment and adherence to all established company safety rules and regulations including procurement of relevant supplies, such as office equipment, office supplies, janitorial items, warehouse material handling equipment, warehouse supplies and packaging materials

  • Implement improvements to branch operations to meet customer demands while maintaining customer service levels

  • Correct deviations in the process and identify escalation points with Branch Manager

  • Assist in providing training to employees on methods and use of equipment used in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock

  • This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams

  • Protect CPSG's reputation by keeping information confidential

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Coordinator, Branch Operations Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • 5 years experience in a high-volume warehouse environment; 3 years experience of customer account management

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Valid driver's license

  • Preferred Qualifications: Post High school degree; Certified Automated Gate Systems Designer; Forklift certification Proficiency in Spanish

The pay range for this position is ($20.57-$33.95); base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies
