Job Title: UX/UI Designer and Developer Onsite Requirement: A couple of days onsite required and travel to different sites. Job Summary: The UX/UI Designer & Developer will play a critical role in the modernization of the client's Applicant and Administrator Applications. This individual will be responsible for leading Human-Centered Design (HCD) initiatives from discovery through implementation, conducting user research, developing personas and journey maps, designing intuitive interfaces, and building functional, responsive front-end prototypes. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in UX research, UI prototyping, and front-end development, working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and developers to ensure user-focused, accessible, and scalable design solutions. Compensation and Benefits The projected compensation range for this position is $122,500 to $150,600 per year benchmarked in the New York area. The target salary is $136,200 for this role. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
