Primary Function
Performs routine maintenance on building systems and equipment. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facility. General repairs and maintenance like drywall repair, painting, etc. Manages inventory and invoicing for cleaning supplies, high pressure gas cylinders, and other large volume items that need tracking. Performs and documents shipping and receiving duties. Works with and manages vendors that provide outdoor services for the building including lawn care, snow removal, dumpster pickup, and window washing. Responsibilities
Mange all incoming and outgoing freight, domestic and International including tracking and paying the invoices Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Must possess valid Driver's License Education
High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements
