We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Authorization strategy within Workiva's Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role is focused on evolving how users and systems securely access Workiva's multi-tenant platform, with an emphasis on authorization capabilities that are flexible, scalable, and enterprise-ready. You'll define the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for authorization, partnering closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and security stakeholders to deliver outcomes that are secure, compliant, and customer-centric. We're seeking a true product leader who has built and scaled authorization features within complex SaaS environments and can guide cross-functional teams to bring innovative, outcome-driven solutions to life. How You'll Be Rewarded Salary range in the US: $129,000.00 - $207,000.00A discretionary bonus typically paid annually Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US.
