Engineering Technician - Miami, FL

HEICO Component Repair Group is currently looking for Engineering Technicians. If you are outgoing, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you. The position will be located in Miami, FL. In this position, the Engineering Technician may be required to:

• Disassemble, clean, repair, re-assemble, and test Aircraft Sub-Components in accordance with OEM and FAA approved data
• Record and analyze data, make calculations and estimates, and report findings to the Engineering Department

• Must be attentive to details
• Must be able to read, understand and interpret Component Maintenance Manuals and Repair Specifications / Engineering Orders.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data including but not limited to blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.
• Proficient in the use of dimensional tools
• A&P Certification a plus but not required
