This position can be located in our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA or our Raleigh, NC office.
About the Role
You'll drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to increase adoption and long-term use of our treatment for Rare Epileptic Encephalopathies, including Dravet Syndrome, Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, and future indications. This role is pivotal in leading engagement strategies that connect with healthcare professionals across diverse settings - from hospitals and retail to long-term care environments - ensuring our message reaches those who need it most.
What You'll Do
HCP Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead integrated HCP marketing strategies across multiple channels and settings
- Drive tactical execution from concept to deployment, including content development and internal approvals
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Patient Services to optimize communication of the ONWARD program to HCPs, office staff, and caregivers
- Collaborate with the AES (Account Engagement Strategy) team to develop effective field promotional tools
- Align with the Long-Term Care team to support channel-specific needs and message consistency
Campaign Leadership
- Lead Planning of Action (POA) efforts from strategy to field execution
- Develop and manage promotional programs and marketing resources to support field team success
Insights & Field Support
- Gather field insights and analytics to refine messaging and optimize engagement programs
- Keep the field team energized and well-informed about marketing tools and services
Brand and Budget Stewardship
- Contribute to annual brand planning ensuring all initiatives align with brand CSFs and objectives
- Manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring timely accruals and accurate spend tracking
Caregiver Engagement
- Collaborate with the Caregiver Marketing Lead to support caregiver-focused messaging in HCP offices, including leveraging caregiver testimonials

Interested? For this role, we're looking for the following education, experience, and skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 8 years in healthcare/pharma with a focus on HCP marketing or sales
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in rare disease and/or specialty drug commercialization
- Strong operational marketing and project management experience (2+ years)
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree
- 6 years of marketing experience with leadership responsibilities
- Experience with REMS and boxed warning products
- Background in CNS or neurology therapeutic areas
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Strong multitasking, time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and payer landscape
This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $124,000-162,800 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
